1. What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept payments by credit/debit card and paypal. If you prefer to pay another way, email us at Info@exotiquebeads.com and we can work it out. If you plan to pay by money order or cash, please email first and we will let you know what information you need to include.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Orders of more than $150 ship for free. For orders under $50, shipping is a flat rate of $3.99.

3. What is your return policy?

We have a 7 day return or exchange policy. For more information, you’ll find the return policy details here.

4. I haven’t received my order yet, what should I do?

All Exotique Beads jewelry is hand made following your order, so please allow 2-4 weeks for a commercial order to be completed. If it has been longer than 4 weeks, please email Info@exotiquebeads.com with your order information and we will be in touch. For wholesale orders, we will keep you updated on the time required to complete your order, as it varies by order size.

5. Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email Info@exotiquebeads.com immediately with your order details. If the order has not yet been shipped we can offer a refund with a 15% restocking fee, however, once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
